Shipping Info: We currently use USPS for shipping, either Priority or First Class, depending on the weight. This typically means that if you are in the United States you should receive your item within 2-3 days of shipping, barring any unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, alien invasion, etc). MOST items ordered will ship out next business day, though there can be exceptions as noted in the item's details.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee how long international orders will take to ship, however, we will do everything we can to ensure you are able to keep tabs on the shipment's progress.
Return Policy: All items are returnable within 30 days of receipt of item as long as they are not opened. You must also be prepared to offer us any detail you can on the order itself so that we can properly find its information for you.

Any free items given as gifts in the Music Subscription Club are NOT returnable and not redeemable for any monetary value.
